NEW TO ONLINE GIVING?
This short video will walk you through how to give online using Church Center’s website or app. It covers everything from adding a payment method to setting up recurring donations.
Online Giving Using a Bank Account
- Go to the Payment Methods tab in Church Center.
- Click Add a new payment method and choose US bank account.
- Choose a verification method:
- Instant Verification: Log into your bank.
- Manual Verification: Enter your bank details and confirm a micro-deposit (look for a 6-digit SM-code).
- After verification, select Add payment method or Set up to complete the process.
Online Giving With a Debit or Credit Card
- In the Payment Methods tab, click Add a new payment method and choose Card.
- Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address.
- Your card will be securely saved to your Church Center profile.
UPDATE OR REVIEW YOUR GIVING AT ANY TIME.
- Click your photo/initials in the top-right of Church Center.
- Select My Giving to:
- View donation history
- Manage recurring donations
- Add or update payment methods
- Adjust notification preferences
- Access year-end giving statements (when available)
Note: Some features are available only to heads of household unless donor accounts are joined by the church office.
