I grew up in Spokane, WA, and the Pacific Northwest has been home my entire life. Its beauty has always inspired me and grounded me in God’s creation, whether I’m hiking, camping, paddle boarding, or simply spending time surrounded by nature. My greatest passion, however, has been working with youth, and guiding students in their faith journey is one of the most joyful parts of my life.
I attended Whitworth University, where I fell in love with Theology and began discerning a call to ministry. During my time there, I studied church history, served in the community, interned with various ministries, and ultimately discovered my calling to youth ministry. My first connection with Columbia Presbyterian Church came through the 2018 summer internship program, and after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Speech Communications, I was thrilled to join CPC’s staff in June 2020.
Leading Youth Ministries at CPC is such an honor. I love walking alongside students, helping them discover and experience God in every season of life, and building meaningful relationships with the incredible families here. My husband and I are so grateful to call Vancouver and CPC our home; it’s been a true blessing to live, work, and serve in a community filled with such wonderful people.
