About High School Camp @ Camp Spalding from https://campspalding.org/

  • Unbelievably fun – get big air off the blob… go crazy in a night game… get a tan on the dock… get a rush riding a mountain board… scream on the giant swing… or saddle up your steed and join your friends on a wooded trail ride!
  • Unbelievable friendships – Christ-centered friendships that are closer than you thought possible in just a single week. There’s time to take out a canoe together, to play a round on the Frisbee golf course, to get a latte and talk about life. It’s a week away from the rush and responsibilities of home. It’s a chance to be in the woods and on the water, to reflect and talk about real-life issues facing high school students – family, friendships, dating, school pressures, the future.
  • Believable Truth – You’ll experience the powerful presence Jesus Christ during times of high-energy worship, be challenged to go deeper in your faith, and to consider Jesus’ call to live a life of adventure and purpose that will make a lasting difference in the world.

Two- Step Registration Process:

1.      Register with Camp Spalding

  • Columbia’s Registration Portal: https://campspalding.configio.com/pd/637?code=nNXU8ItNuf
  • Right now this is the most critical step.
  • We have reserved 25 spots with Camp Spalding through May 15. After May 15 we have to pay to keep spots open for our students. Please register BEFORE May 15!
  • The only money you will pay to Camp Spalding is if your child wants a Camp Spalding T-Shirt or to participate in any of the horseback riding options.
  • Need help navigating the Spalding registration? Contact McKenzie at registrar@campspalding.org
    • A couple tips:
    • The parent/guardian must first make an account before adding a student.
    • Double check that birthdates have the correct birth year – it seems to default to 2021.
    • Even though payment will be made to CPC through the website listed below (or by cash/check), you do have to add a credit card to the account (it’s just a limitation of their website and there isn’t a work-around.)

2.      Register and Pay with Columbia

  • Payment Options –
    • Pay online with a debit or credit card.
    • Choose “Offline Payment” and pay with check or cash directly to CPC.
    • Registration is our focus right now, so if you are unable to pay at this time please still register!
    • Scholarships are available. Please contact us if you have a financial need.
    • Need help navigating the BookWhen registration? Contact Katie.

Complete a Columbia Presbyterian Medical & Liability Release Form

  • Forms are good for the entire 2020-2021 School Year. If you completed one for the Back to School Retreat or Winter Retreat you do not need to do this again.
  • Click Here to Complete Form (Prefer paper? PDF versions are available on the church website to print and paper copies are available in the Youth Center.)

 Transportation:

  • Columbia will provide transportation via church vans to/from Camp Spalding.

Note on Covid Testing: Columbia will require Covid testing to be done prior to getting into the church vans. We also would like to encourage anyone who CAN get a vaccine to get one prior to attending camp.

Questions? Contact Katie or Lydia.
